TORTELLINI SOUP 
1 lb. R B Rice Italian sausage
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp. garlic

Fry above and drain. In large pan, combine:

1 lg. can tomatoes, chopped
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 can chicken broth
1 can water or more (I use 2 or 3)
1 sm. zucchini, diced
3 carrots, diced
2 tsp. parsley
Garlic, salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. tortellini

Add sausage mixture to tomato mixture and cook 2 to 3 hours. Cook 1 package tortellini (I use frozen with meat) as directed and add to soup. Cook additional 15 to 20 minutes. I refrigerate overnight and remove grease from top.
