FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. self rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. fruit cocktail with juice
2 eggs
Brown sugar
Nuts (optional)

TOPPING:

1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar

Stir first four ingredients together. Pour into greased pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

Topping: Boil all 3 ingredients. Pour over cake while hot.
