OVEN LEMON CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut in pieces
1 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
6 tbsp. butter
1 lemon, sliced for garnish

Coat chicken pieces in mixture of flour and paprika. Melt butter in baking pan, add chicken pieces and coat evenly with butter. Arrange in a single layer.

Bake uncovered at 375°F for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces and pour basting sauce over them. Continue baking until chicken is brown and tender, about 30 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices.

Basting Sauce:

1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic
onion

Blend together ingredients for sauce.
