FROZEN DESSERT 
1 lg. angel food cake
Your favorite sherbet or frozen yogurt
1 lg. non-dairy topping

Slice top off of cake and save. Remove cake from center to form a tube. Fill the center of the cake with the softened sherbet or yogurt. Set the top back on and ice with non-dairy topping. Can be further decorated with candies or coconut. Place in freezer until ready to serve. Holds very well. Easy and very attractive on a plate. Great if your are watching cholesterol.
