STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt

Slice top off green peppers; take out seed. Place peppers in enough boiling water to cover them and cook for 5 minutes. Cook hamburger and onion until hamburger is light brown; drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients and beat thoroughly. Fill peppers with stuffing. Cover and cook in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook another 15 minutes. Serves 6.
