2 1/2 lbs. shrimp (cooked and cleaned) 1 1/2 lbs. crab meat (picked over for shells) 2 lbs. scallops (do not cook); bay scallops work well in this casserole 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. lobster meat (tail meat--not cooked--cut into bite size pieces 4 cans cream of shrimp soup 4 c. sour cream Parsley, onion to taste 3 tbsp. curry powder (or to taste) Mix the cream of shrimp into the sour cream and add the seasonings. Mix the seafood into the "mess" and spread over cooked saffron rice which has been spread in 13x9x2 pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes. Check to see that seafood is cooked. |
