DATE NUT PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates, chopped
1 c. milk

Beat eggs well and add the sugar. Mix in rest of ingredients and put into large casserole. Bake pudding at 350 degrees for about an hour or less if you like it soft in the center. Serve with whipped cream.
