CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn meal stuffing mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter

Cook chicken until done; debone and cut into small pieces. Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix. Put 1/2 of mixture in a casserole dish. Then put in 1/2 of chicken. Mix the can of celery soup with 1 can of broth from the cooked chicken, and pour over chicken. Put remainder of chicken next. Mix chicken soup with one can of broth and pour over chicken. Top with remaining stuffing mix.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
