HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 c. croutons
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese or 1/4 c. each

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except for 1 cup of the croutons and cheese. Spoon the mixture into a 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining croutons and cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly. (May substitute 2 (6 ounce) cans of tuna, drained or 2 cups cubed, cooked turkey instead of chicken.)
