WHOLE WHEAT ZUCCHINI BARS 
BARS:

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. Pillsbury Best Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 c. Pillsbury Best All Purpose or Unbleached Flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. currants

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar and oil; beat well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.

In medium bowl, combine whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Add flour mixture to egg mixture; mix well. Stir in zucchini and currants.

Spread in prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.

In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled bars. Cut into bars.
