HOT CHOCOLATE/FUDGE TOPPING | |
1. 2 squares unsweetened Baker's chocolate 2. 3/4 cup milk 3. Heat together until melted. 4. Add 2 cups granulated sugar. 5. Stir and mix, then let boil until soft ball stage. 6. Take off burner - DO NOT STIR. 7. Add 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla. Do not stir in. Let sit for 45 minutes. Reheat to boil. Serve hot over vanilla ice cream. |
