EGG ROLLS 
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
4 c. flour

Combine shortening, sugar, eggs and salt. Add water and 2 cups of flour. Mix well; add dissolved yeast (1 package in 3 teaspoons water). Add rest of flour and mix. Knead until smooth.

Let rise 2 hours. Shape into dinner rolls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Can be stored in refrigerator. Makes 4 dozen.
