FISHERMAN'S WHARF JAMBALAYA 
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
2 3/4 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. bell pepper
2 c. diced cooked ham, tuna or shrimp

In butter, lightly brown Rice-A-Roni. Stir in hot water, chicken flavor packet, and remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serves 4.
