STRAWBERRY PIE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk

Pour oil and milk over dry ingredients. Mix well and press in pie pan. Prick with fork and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. For a two-crust pie, use 1 1/2 recipe.

GLAZE:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
Few drops red food coloring

Mix sugar and cornstarch together. Add water and boil until clear. Add Jell-O and food coloring and cool. Put strawberries in shell and pour glaze over (1 pint of berries is usually enough). Chill. For peaches, use lemon Jell-O.
