SWEET POTATO BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. water
2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine sugar and cooking oil; beat well. Add eggs and beat Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture alternately with water. Stir in sweet potatoes and chopped nuts. Pour batter into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees until cooked.
