STRAWBERRY FREEZER JAM 
1. Stem 1 quart strawberries. Crush in small amounts.

2. Measure: 4 c. sugar

3. Stir sugar into fruit and let set 10 minutes.

4. Mix in small saucepan: 1 box sure jell

5. Bring mixture to a full boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 1 minute.

6. Stir sure jell mixture into fruit.

7. Stir constantly for 3 minutes.

8. Fill all containers immediately to 1/2 inch from top.

9. Wipe off top edge of containers and quickly cover with lids.

10. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours.

11. Store in freezer until opened.

12. After opening, store in refrigerator.
