6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. butter flavor or regular Crisco
2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
4 c. flour

Cream together cream cheese, butter and Crisco. Add sugar, egg yolks and flavorings and mix until smooth and creamy. Add flour. Roll out on floured surface and cut out with cookie cutters. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes, less time for softer cookies. Freezes real well, frost and decorate when you take them out. A tub of cream cheese frosting goes great with these cookies.
