SWEDISH PECAN ROLLS 
1 c. ground pecans
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
Powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar; mix well. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Place on ungreased sheet. Bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while hot and again after cooled. Yield: 2 dozen.
