SWEDISH ROLLS 
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 yeast
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
7 or 8 cardomon seeds
5 c. flour

Melt butter in milk. Add eggs and salt. When lukewarm, add yeast. Add 7 or 8 crushed cardomon seeds, 5 cups flour and mix.

Knead until smooth; cover and rise in warm place. Rise until double in size. Punch down, rise again. Make into rolls; let rise. Brush with beaten eggs. Sprinkle granulated sugar on top. Bake at 350 degree oven for approximately 20-25 minutes.
