PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour, sifted
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream sugar and oil; add eggs, pumpkin, vanilla and mix well. Combine spices with sifted flour, add to previous mixture. Blend well, stir in nuts. Pour into two well greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
