VEGETABLE STEW 
1 lb. stew meat
4 lg. potatoes
4 med. carrots
1 sm. onion
1 c. green beans
2 c. tomato sauce
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
1/2 stick butter
1 qt. water

Braze meat and put in slow cooker. Add water, potatoes, carrots, onion and green beans; cook on high for 2 hours. Add butter, salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Also you can add any leftover vegetables. If you cook all day, reduce to medium. On gas stove cook about 2 hours. Really good on a cold day.
