SOURDOUGH WAFFLES 
1 c. Sourdough Starter
4 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, separated
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. dry powdered milk

Beat egg whites stiff, not dry. Beat yolks until lemon colored. Add all ingredients except egg whites. Mix with spoon until well blended. Fold in egg whites.
