SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lg. potato
2 lb. ground beef
2 egg whites
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. jar grape jelly
2 (1 lb.) bottles chili sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion

Grate raw potatoes. Blend with egg white in blender or food processor. In a bowl put onion, seasonings, ground beef, and potato mixture, then mix well. Form into small meatballs. Heat grape jelly and chili sauce to a boil; lower heat and drop meatballs one at a time into sauce. Simmer gently until a brownish color, about 20 minutes. Turn meatballs few times during cooking. These may be served in a chafing dish for a buffet or appetizers.
