DUCKY FINGER CHICKEN | |
2 1/2 lb. chicken or wings Seasoning salt 6 heaping tbsp. duck sauce 3 shakes soy sauce 1 heaping tbsp. honey 2 tsp. lemon juice Mix salt, duck sauce, soy sauce, honey and lemon juice together. Cover chicken with sauce mix. Bake at 425 degrees, covered, for 1/2 hour; uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes. Baste every 10 minutes the last 1/2 hour. |
