EASY REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
2 c. warm milk (water can be substituted)
2 pkgs. yeast
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
6 1/2 to 7 c. plain flour

Dissolve yeast in milk, add sugar and salt, half the flour; mix well. Add butter and rest of flour until no more flour can be worked in. Punch down, let raise, (overnight) make out into balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
