GERMAN POTATO PIE 
6-8 lg. raw potatoes
1 sm. onion, grated
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. hot milk
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt

Pare and grate potatoes. Combine with remaining ingredients, blending well. Pour into well greased shallow casserole, about 7 x 12 inches. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees until set, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 8.
