2 pkgs. Pillsbury cookie dough (chocolate chip)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put 1 package of cookie dough in freezer while preparing filling. Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy and smooth. Spread the soft package of cookie dough onto bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan evenly. Pour cheese mixture over top covering evenly. Remove 2nd dough package from freezer and slice in 1/4 inch slices and lay on top of cream cheese covering top.

(NOTE: Some cheese mix will peek through - that's OK.) Bake 30 to 35 minutes until brown. Cool 15 minutes, then put in freezer for 45 minutes. Take out and cut into bars, then put back in freezer until ready to eat.
