RICE PUDDING 
2 qt. milk (1/2 gal.)
1 c. sugar
1 c. rice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Sprinkle cinnamon on top when done

Combine milk, sugar, rice in saucepan and bring to a boil. Beat eggs and vanilla together, then cornstarch, add some milk mixture until temperature equalizes. Then combine all milk mixture. Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour until rice seems cooked. Stir mixture at times. Cool on stove.
