FIVE CUP SALAD 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, well drained
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 c. coconut (unsweetened, shredded)
1 c. tiny marshmallows
1 c. dairy sour cream substitute

Mix well; cover and chill overnight. Serves 6-8.
