CREME DE MENTHE PIE 
16 chocolate filled cookies, crushed
4 tbsp. butter, melted
24 lg. marshmallows
3/4 c. milk
2 oz. (1/4 c.) creme de menthe
1 c. whipped cream

Make crust by combining cookies and butter. Chill in 9" pie plate.

FILLING: Melt marshmallows with milk. Cook very slowly. Cool mixture. Add creme de menthe. Whip the cream and fold in. Pour into chilled plate. Garnish with mint leaves or crushed cookies.
