HAM AND CHICKEN BAKE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. light cream
2 c. diced ham
2 c. diced chicken, cooked
Mushrooms, fresh sliced
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper
Refrigerator biscuits

Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Blend in flour. Stir in broth and cream all at once. Cook until cream comes to a boil. Add meat, mushrooms and seasonings. Heat thru, pour ingredients into ungreased 11 x 7 inch pan. Quarter biscuits and lay on top of hot mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 6.
