TOFFEE CANDY 
35 saltine crackers
2 sticks butter
2/3 c. sugar
12 oz. bag chocolate chips

Line 11"x15" pan with foil. Put a layer of saltine crackers down. Mix butter and sugar in small saucepan, cook for 2 minutes. Spread over saltine crackers. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, put back in oven for 1 minute to melt chips. Then spread chocolate chips out evenly. Cool and cut.
