GREEN BEANS WITH TOMATOES 
2 cans green beans
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. butter
Salt with parsley (optional)

Cut onion in thinly sliced rings. Saute in butter. Drain green beans and saute with onions for a few minutes and add salt with parsley. Add stewed tomatoes. Simmer on low to medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
