GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
6 lbs. or 22 med. green tomatoes
6 green peppers
6 red peppers
3 lbs. or 1 pt. green onions
1 1/2 qts. white vinegar
3 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
1/3-1/2 c. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3-4 tsp. celery seed

Grind vegetables, medium. Pour 1 quart vinegar over vegetables and boil 30 minutes. Drain and discard liquid. Return to kettle with remaining ingredients and simmer 3-5 minutes. Continue simmering while filling jars. Cook in hot water bath about 10 minutes to seal jars.
