I cannot find the can meats anywhere. Do you know where I can purchase them? I used to use Castleberrys, but the stores no longer stock it.

Look in the refrigerated section of your grocery store for these meats in plastic containers. I find them near the packages of sandwich meats.

We made homemade BBQ chicken in the crock pot with some BBQ sauce diluted with water. Put the boneless chicken breasts in, uncut and frozen, and let sit for about 6 hours on low heat. As it turned brown (and soaked up the sauce), a little pressure with a fork or wooden spoon made the chicken fall apart. It was to die for. (I wouldn't have ever thought to get it prepackaged.)
