BROCCOLI AND PARMESAN CHEESE 
2 bunches broccoli
2 oz. Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes

Chop broccoli into small pieces. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add broccoli, salt and toss to coat. Cover, reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in the red pepper flakes. Cook 1 minute. Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Serve.
