CREAM CHEESE AND WALNUT FROSTING 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Cream cheese and butter together. Beat in sugar until mixture is light and fluffy. Add vanilla. Fill and frost cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Hummingbird Cake gets its name because when you taste it, you go Hmmmmmmmmm!
