CRANBERRY JELLO MOLD 
2 pkg. lemon Jello
3 1/2 c. liquid (2 c. hot water)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
Drain pineapple for juice and enough water for 1 1/2 c.
1 c. finely diced celery
1/2 c. walnut meats
2 c. coarsely ground cranberries
2 c. sugar

Make Jello mixture so it can start to set. Add 2 cups sugar to ground cranberries to bring out juice. When sugar is dissolved, add celery and walnut meats, chopped. Fold celery and walnut meats into Jello when it is almost set. Put into a mold (this mixture) to set. When ready to serve, unmold on green leaves of lettuce. Decorate with bow made of cream cheese. Dressing can be made of mayonnaise and whipped cream, a little pineapple juice to flavor.
