STRAWBERRIES & CREAM PIE 
15 oz. All Ready pie crust
1 tsp. flour

FILLING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tbsp. shortening
4 c. fresh strawberries, washed & hulled

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare 1 pie crust for conventional oven. Place pie crust in 9-inch pie pan. Prick crust with fork and bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

In a large bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and almond extract. Blend well. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon evenly into cooled pie crust.

Arrange strawberries pointed side up over pie filling. Chill. In a small saucepan over low heat melt chocolate chips and shortening, stirring constantly until smooth. Drizzle over strawberries. Chill until set.

Dip pointed side of each strawberry in melted chocolate to cover half of each strawberry. Then set in frilling stem side down. Serve with whipped cream.
