4 to 5 lbs. brisket
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1/2 c. Wishbone Italian dressing
1 c. hot water
Accent

Place brisket in glass 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with Accent, onion soup mix, and brown gravy mix. Pour over 1 cup hot water and 1/2 cup dressing. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours.
