SPINACH PIE 
2 lb. carton lg. curd cottage cheese
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 eggs
2 bunches green onions, with stems, sauteed
Salt and pepper to taste
Filo dough

Squeeze all liquid out of spinach. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Melt butter. Butter each layer of filo dough using about 6 layers for the bottom. Fill with mixture and put 5 more on top, buttering each filo again. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until golden brown in 9x13 pan.
