ROULADEN 
1 1/2 lb. round steak (1/2 inch thick)
4 slices bacon
2 lg. dill pickles
1/4 c. flour
Salt and pepper to season
3 tbsp. bacon fat
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut the round steak into 3 inch squares (8 pieces). Cut pickles into 8 strips. Shake a little salt and pepper onto each square. Cut slices of bacon in two and wrap each half around a piece of pickle. Wrap a steak piece around each pickle and bacon strip. Tie with a string or thread.
