SHRIMP & PEA PODS 
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. chicken broth

Mix all together and set aside. Heat wok and a small bit of oil, add 1 clove of garlic (mined), 1 pound raw shrimp (deveined). Cook 1 minute. Add 1 1/2 cups of pea pods and cook 2 minutes. Then add 1 can sliced water chestnuts, 3 green onions (sliced). Stir to mix. Add cornstarch mixture, cook until thickened. Serve with rice.
