1 Chocolate Butter Recipe cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. water
4 eggs
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
1 small pkg. chocolate chips

Mix first 5 ingredients well and add chocolate chips. Pour in greased and floured Bundt cake pan.

Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes, then at 300°F for 10 minutes.

Frosting:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
4 tbsp. cocoa
dash of salt
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and spread on cooled cake.
