CHOCOLATE NUT CLUSTERS 
1/2 c. butter
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. evaporated milk
8 oz. walnuts

Melt butter in saucepan. Add salt, vanilla, powdered sugar, cocoa, and milk. Heat and stir constantly until mixture begins to bubble around edges. Remove from heat; add walnuts. Place by spoonfuls on wax paper and cool. This was a prize-winning recipe.
