CHUCKWAGON BEANS 
10 slices bacon, diced
2 med. onions, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can pork & beans
1 tsp. liquid smoke
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. molasses

Combine bacon, onion and green pepper in a 10" skillet, cook over medium heat until bacon is lightly browned and onion and pepper are tender; drain.

Combine bacon mixture and remaining ingredients, mix well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 12"x8"x2" baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
