10 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1 lg. red onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced

Peel and dice cooked potatoes while still hot, running cold water as needed for handling. Pour salad dressing over hot potatoes. Add onion. Combine mayonnaise, milk, salt, paprika and pepper; stir into potato mixture. Add hard-cooked eggs and fold in gently. Refrigerate until serving time.
