RAW BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. raw bran
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. molasses
3 tbsp. cooking oil
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

Stir flour, bran, soda and baking powder together. Stir honey, molasses, egg, cooking oil and buttermilk together. Stir in flour mixture. May add chopped nuts if desired. Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Or you may put in loaf pan for bread.
