ELEANOR'S FRESH FOREVER COOKIES | |
1 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 3 sticks butter 1/2 c. salad oil 1 beaten egg 3 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. quick oats 1 c. angel flake coconut 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes or chopped nuts Cream sugar, brown sugar, butter and oil together. Add egg, flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, vanilla, oats, coconut, and corn flakes together. Roll in balls the size of a walnut. Place on greased cookie sheet. Press cookie with fork dipped in milk. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees or until slightly brown. |
