FRUIT AND CHEESE SALAD 
8 oz. ricotta cheese
10 oz. frozen raspberries, thawed & drained
2 tbsp. sugar
2 bananas, sliced thin
Juice of 3 lg. oranges

Drain ricotta cheese, then put into deep serving dish. Add raspberries, sugar and sliced bananas, then top with fresh orange juice. Gently stir fruit and cheese until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve cold. Makes 4 servings.
